Refund policy
1. Free trial
New accounts get a 14-day free trial with full Pro access. No payment is required during the trial and no card is charged. If you don't upgrade, your account continues on the Free plan after the trial — you are never charged.
2. Subscription and auto-renewal
The Pro subscription is available monthly or yearly. On purchase, payment is processed immediately and the subscription auto-renews at the end of each period at the then-current rate until you cancel.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel any time via Settings → Subscription, which takes you to Stripe's secure customer portal. When you cancel you keep your Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for; after that your account returns to the Free plan.
4. Refunds
Periods already paid for are not refunded, including on a pro-rata basis if you cancel mid-period. No further charge is made after you cancel. Because we offer a 14-day free trial, you can evaluate the full Pro feature set before anything is charged.
5. Exceptions
In the event of a demonstrable technical error — for example a duplicate charge, or a charge after a valid cancellation — we will of course refund the amount in question. Contact us at gilles@leenders.be.
6. Statutory rights
This policy does not affect mandatory consumer rights under Belgian and EU law. Where such rules grant a broader right than described above, those prevail.
