Terms of Service
1. Provider
This service ("waarismijngeld") is operated by Leenders Cloud Solutions BV, a Belgian besloten vennootschap. KBO 1013229732, BTW BE1013229732, registered office d'Erckenteelstraat 13, 3500 Hasselt. Contact: gilles@leenders.be.
2. What the service does
waarismijngeld is a personal-budgeting tool that imports your transactions either from CSV exports or, with your explicit consent, by linking to your bank account via a regulated Account Information Service Provider (AISP).
3. Bank linking via Ponto Connect / Isabel NV
Bank data is fetched by Isabel NV (KBO 0455.530.509), authorised by the National Bank of Belgium as an AISP, through its Ponto Connect product. Your bank authenticates you; we never see your bank credentials. You can revoke our access at any time from the Settings page or from your bank's PSD2 portal. We act as a partner / integrator of Isabel, not as a payment service provider ourselves.
4. Account holder vs. user
Only the legal account holder of a bank account may link that account here. If you are a co-holder or authorised representative, you confirm you have the right to grant access.
5. Your responsibilities
- Keep your sign-in credentials confidential.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Use the service for personal budgeting only; do not attempt to abuse the API or scrape data.
6. Paid subscriptions (Pro)
waarismijngeld offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. New accounts get a 14-day free trial with full Pro access; after that the account continues on the free plan unless you upgrade.
The Pro plan costs €4 per month or €40 per year. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Applicable taxes (VAT) are calculated at checkout. The subscription auto-renews at the end of each period at the then-current rate until you cancel.
You can cancel any time from Settings → Subscription. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Periods already paid for are not refunded — see our refund policy.
Material price changes are announced in advance and apply only from your next renewal.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Belgian law, our liability for any direct damages arising from the use of the service is capped at the fees you paid us during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
8. Deletion
You can delete your entire profile at any time from Settings > "Delete this profile". Deletion is immediate; bank refresh tokens are revoked at Ibanity and accounts are detached from our integration in the same step.
9. Changes
Material changes are announced in-app. Continued use after such announcement constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law and forum
Belgian law governs these terms. The courts of the judicial district of the registered office are exclusively competent for any dispute, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
